How to Find the Beast Egg
You can find the beast egg after completing the story quest "The Great Escape." Look for the "Sanctuary of the Forgotten God" cave on the southwestern coast. The easiest way to get there is from the "Gallows," heading towards the "Druid Sanctuary." Near the grotto, you may encounter Caradoc, who will offer you an interesting deal.

Go into the nook to the left of the creature and pick up the "Seeker Beast Egg" from the nest. Leave the cave, and don’t forget to loot the chest near the exit.
How to Hatch the Egg
Open your inventory and hover over the egg; note the counter showing 5000 steps. In reality, this is the number of steps you need to take, which takes about half an hour of continuous walking in real time. Then rest at any campfire, and a cutscene of the beast’s appearance will begin.
