A website has been released that lets you play thousands of additional DOOM maps directly from your browser.
DOOM is becoming increasingly accessible. A website has launched that allows you to play a variety of mods and additional maps created for the original id Software game from the early '90s (not the 2016 reboot) directly from your browser. In fact, the original version of the game has been playable this way for a long time. However, accessing this additional content still required certain traditional installation processes, which this new website completely bypasses. It's called DoomScroll , and it already includes thousands of content available right out of the box. These are user-created Doom WAD files, all pre-installed. To start playing, simply scroll down, select a map, preview it, and then click "Play."
